Market Analysis & Recommendation - An accurate and thorough property evaluation is one of the biggest steps in making and keeping your rental property occupied and thus as profitable as possible.  Due to our presence in the Denton area market we are knowledgeable of what rental properties will bring in all areas.  Under pricing a rental property will cause a loss of income and a loss of value; over pricing a property will  causing a property to be on the market longer than necessary with the price eventually being lowered anyway which will cause a  loss of income to have been experienced.
